You may submit content, such as reports of suspected disinformation, links, or comments (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Grant Disinfobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, analyze, and publish User Content for the purpose of combating disinformation, including in research, reports, or public communications.
  • Confirm that you have the legal right to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Acknowledge that we may review, modify, or remove User Content at our discretion, particularly if it is inaccurate, offensive, or irrelevant.
  • Understand that User Content containing personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

We are not obligated to store, publish, or retain User Content and are not liable for its loss or deletion.

Intellectual Property

Disinfobs Content

All content created by Disinfobs, including reports, articles, visuals, and tools (“Our Content”), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may:

  • Use Our Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you attribute Disinfobs and link to https://disinfobs.com.
  • Share excerpts of Our Content with proper attribution, consistent with fair use principles.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell Our Content without our written permission.
  • Use Our Content in a manner that suggests endorsement by Disinfobs or misrepresents our mission.

  • Process such data minimally, focusing on aggregated insights and avoiding unnecessary personal data.
  • Publish findings in anonymized or generalized formats to protect individual identities.
  • Handle all data in compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that publicly available data you contribute (e.g., via submissions or public posts) may be used for research purposes.
